The Cloud Control Console 12c Shows a Blackout as Being 'Active' Despite Being Successfully Stopped at the Management Agent Side

A blackout at the host level has been created on the Management Agent side with:
In the Cloud Control console, you selected the Upper left menu "Enterprise" option Monitoring => Blackouts.
The Blackouts page still displayed the blackout "myblackout"as active.
It is not possible to remove it from the Cloud Control console either, as it is already stopped at the Management Agent side.
