EM 12c: Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control Management Pack Access is no Longer Enabled and Details For WLS Statistics, Sessions, Performance Summary, etc., are not available (Doc ID 1922659.1)

Management Pack Access is enabled for the WebLogic Server (or other components of EM 12c Cloud Control), but the EM console no longer shows details for many WLS statistics, Sessions, performance summary, etc.

Reproduce with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Weblogic Server Target
2. Click the numeric link for 'Active Sessions'
3. See the following message in the pop-up window:

Also, when navigating to the Weblogic Server > Monitoring > The Performance Summary, JVM Performance, Resource Performance, All Metrics, Status History and Alert History menu options are unavailable (greyed out).

This problem is not exclusive to the Weblogic Management Pack and may apply to other, previously enabled Management Packs.
