EM 12c: Database Target Discovery in Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control Using a Guided Process Displays a Blank Screen after Selecting the Hostname (for non-cluster) or Cluster Host ( for RAC) (Doc ID 1922730.1)

Discovering a single instance or cluster database with the guided process fails to display the results of the discovery; instead, it shows a blank Screen.

Choosing another menu option allows the user to navigate away from the blank page.

The .../gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_OMS1/logs/EMGC_OMS1-diagnostics.log file shows the following error:

An Administration Group/Hierarchy is being implemented with customized values for the parameters under Target Properties.

The changes were made with the emcli command option "modify_lifecycle_stage_name".
