Job against listener fails if name have > 64 char (Doc ID 1923070.1)

From 12c Cloud Control add a Listener target which has name greater than 64 characters.

Navigate to Enterprise > Job > Activity.
Select 'OS Command' from 'Create Job' drop down menu.
select target type as listener and add the above listener.
In 'Parameters' tab, provide:

Command type : script
OS Script : #!/bin/ksh
echo "listener ora dir is %ListenerOraDir%"
interpreter : /bin/ksh

Now try to submit the job which fails with following errors:

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

Submitting a single command like 'pwd' works
