Manually Run AWR Report Hangs On OEM 12c (Doc ID 1924525.1)

Symptoms

when running an Automatic Workload Repository report from the Performance Tab in OEM 12.1 the report hangs

The report will run manually (ie if run from SQLPLUS or Toad)

The user who is running OEM (ie the credentials) does not seem to matter .. (ie sysdba or other privileged usera)

The following query returns more than one row

select DISTINCT instance_number from DBA_HIST_DATABASE_INSTANCE where instance_name IN ( '<instance_name>')
