Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control OMS Installation fails after providing the connection details to the Repository Database with following error:

The database details which you have provided doesn't contain valid Management Repository. Provide correct database details and retry.

Following are the errors observed in <INVENTORY_HOME>/logs/installActions<timestamp>.log
