JVMD on more than 100 WLS targets causes temporary table EMAS_MDA_ADDITIONAL_DATA_RAW to grow too quickly

This issue will affect any customer using JVMD on more than 100 WLS targets, who uses EM 12cR4 (with FMW plug-in 126.96.36.199)
The temporary EM Repository table EMAS_MDA_ADDITONAL_DATA_RAW may grow to the point that it consumes the entire available disk space causing the OMS to become unresponsive.
A bug was introduced in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12cR4 that causes a temporary DB table (EMAS_MDA_ADDITIONAL_DATA_RAW) to grow too quickly. The table may grow to consume the entire available disk space of the EM repository tablespace and cause OMS to crash.
