 Does the patch recommendation screen work for system patches?

 From EM PS3 ( onwards, OMS-side patches are delivered as one
 system bundle patch on a monthly basis. Once a quarter, this system patch
 will be flagged as a recommended patch in ARU. The recommendation does not go
 away in EM unless all plugins for which the System Patch brings fixes are
 installed on a customer's system.
