Accessing Enterprise Manager11g GC and DB Control Gives Error; Secure Connection Failed (Doc ID 1938128.1)

Symptoms

Accessing 11g Grid Control or 11.2.0.3 Database Control or lower versions from Firefox browser 33.0 shows following message in console:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to <EM OMS HTTPS CONSOLE URL>. The key does not support the requested operation. (Error code: sec_error_invalid_key)

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

You may also receive the following error:

The server certificate included a public key that was too weak. (Error code: ssl_error_weak_server_cert_key).
