Target Properties are not Set for New Targets Discovered Automatically by Refresh WebLogic Domain Job (Doc ID 1940370.1)

Symptoms

During discovery of the weblogic domain, the "WebLogic Domain Global Properties" had been configured for the domain based on which the domain components are members of dynamic groups.

Refresh WebLogic Domain is configured/enabled to run automatically.  (<Document 1531733.1>)

The new domain components (targets) discovered by the job do not have domain properties that had been configured for the domain with initial domain discovery.
