OMS fails to start with the following error:
$<OMS_HOME>/bin>./emctl start oms
WebTier Successfully Started
Oracle Management Server is not functioning because of the following reason:
Unexpected error occurred. Check error and log files.
Check the following log files:
EM log files: <...>/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emctl.log, emoms.trc, emoms_pbs.trc
$EM_INSTANCE_BASE/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emctl.log file reports following errors:
2014-11-03 08:49:17,697 [main] ERROR commands.BaseCommand logAndPrint.620 - Oracle Management Server is not functioning because of the following reason:
Failed to connect to repository database. OMS will be automatically restarted once it identifies that database and listener are up.
