ORA-07445 [kxsRetrieveRemoteChecksums] Errors After Applying October CPU Patch #19618575 (Doc ID 1943073.1)

Symptoms

1.  The following errors are being reported in the alert log

Dump continued from file: G:\ORACLE\diag\rdbms\scdbdev\scdbdev\trace\scdbdev_ora_7912.trc
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kxsRetrieveRemoteChecksums()+114] [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [ADDR:0x10000000F] [PC:0x140C58D00] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []

2.  The incident trace file might have a failing SQL

Current SQL Statement for this session
UPDATE LMP_LMP_TO_LIDB_CONTROL SET CONTROL_FLAG = :B3 , UPDATE_DATE = SYSDATE WHERE TABLE_NAME = :B2 AND PROCESS_NAME = :B1
