After Resolving EM OID 11g Wallet Access Error (with Note 1424924.1), emagent.trc Still Shows Error: nmeegd_GetMetricData failed : ORA-04043: object ODS.REPL_SUPPTBL does not exist. Binding error in 0 iter. (Doc ID 1947076.1)

Symptoms

After Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 11g upgrade (may also occur on a new installation), i.e., 11.1.1.7, the SSL and Wallet Configuration settings are unavailable.

Getting the following error when trying to access SSL or wallet settings in Enterprise Manager (EM):

Configuration settings are unavailable because /Farm_IDMDomain11/oid11_inst/oid1 is down

The emagent.trc shows a number of the following errors:

Found <Document 1424924.1> for the first error above, and applying this Note's Solution resolves the EM issue, however still seeing the following error in the emagent.trc file:

Thread-27684 ERROR engine: [oracle_ldap,/Farm_IDMDomain11/oid11_inst/oid2,OIDReplSupplierInfo] : nmeegd_GetMetricData failed : ORA-04043: object ODS.REPL_SUPPTBL does not exist" still exists.

OID Replication is not configure or in use, but unsure whether this error should be addressed.
