Symptoms

Importing a user certificate into the wallet of the EM 12c OMS fails with the following session error:

[oracle@grid2 cert]$ ORAPKI wallet add -wallet /home/oracle/cert -user_cert -cert /home/oracle/cert/entrustcert_grid2.crt -pwd  <  >

Could not install user cert at/home/oracle/cert/entrustcert_grid2.crt
