Cannot Import ADM, Because Of Limited Number Of Databases In LOV When Importing ADM Template (Doc ID 1950979.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.4.0 version, Application Data Model

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After to have log in OEM, go in Enterprise ->Quality Management -> Application Data Model -> Actions -> Application import -> In Source Database, you can see only 8 target DBs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to see all the target DBs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in OEM
2. go in Enterprise ->Quality Management -> Application Data Model -> Actions -> Application import -> In Source Database,
