Invalid Objects for the Enterprise Manager Database Schema after Migration to 11.2.0.4 (Doc ID 1954903.1)

Symptoms

After migration to 11.2.0.x, invalid objects remain in the database.  The objects belong to the OEM schema and are part of the 9i legacy database release.
