Symptoms

Exadata full rack Xn-8 with 8 nodes.

EM 12.1.0.4.0 with Exa and DB plugin versions 12.1.0.6

Discovering cluster databases results show half (4) of the member instances under one cluster db target, and the other four instances under a different cluster database target.

Discovery expected behavior must list all 8 member instances from all 8 nodes in the cluster under one cluster database target; not two or more.

Changes

 None.  This is a new deployment of EM Cloud Control on this cluster.
