Symptoms

There may be a several minutes delay before sending or clearing an alert for an Generic Service.

Example:

Sequence and time :

-- Event Occurred at 11:07:31 AM EST <<< Alert triggered
-- Incident Created at 11:10:14 AM <<< Incident Created

( Time difference of roughly 2-3 mins )

-- Event report at 11:12:22 AM EST <<< Alert Cleared
-- Event Closed at 11:21:15 AM EST <<< Incident Cleared

( Time difference of roughly nine mins )

Delays of up to ten minutes have been reported.
