EM13c, EM12c: Scan Listener Shows Down Status in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control after Relocation when Collection Directory is missing under <AGENT_BASE>/agent_inst/sysman/emd (Doc ID 1964303.1)

Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control

1) After scan listener is relocated from one node to another, it shows as down in EM console.


2) Modifying any Metric settings in the console and saving the changes results in internal error


The following error is observed from <AGENT_BASE>/gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.trc file
