EM12c: Bulk JVMD Agents Upgrade Fails with Error: Missing credentials (Username or Password) (Doc ID 1968195.1)

Symptoms

The JVMD Agent's bulk upgrade in Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.4.0 Cloud Control fails with:

The upgrade is done by scheduling a job which fails at the Deployment step with the error:

Create Script Directory on Target :
"Missing credentials (Username or Password)"
