1. Playback of an Oracle Flow Builder script fails with pop-up error "Dynamic enable formsFT failed, no any JRE is static or dynamic enabled".

2. Recording a new Oracle EBS/Forms Functional test script fails at the start with pop-up error "Dynamic enable formsFT failed, no any JRE is static or dynamic enabled".
