EM 12c: Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control Refresh From My Oracle Support Job Fails with Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not parse key values (Doc ID 1968473.1)

Symptoms

A Refresh From My Oracle Support job in EM 12c Cloud Control fails with the following console error:

Unable to complete network operation against My Oracle Support. Please check network connectivity to Oracle Support Site.

or

Failed to download a sample XML from My Oracle Support using the URL 'https://updates.oracle.com'

The .../gc_inst/em /EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.trc file shows this error:

2015-02-02 16:53:36,327 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '11' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR aru.ARUClientImpl logp.251 - Error occurred while downloading the ARU metadata table "aru_languages". The details of the HTTP response: {[Failed to read headers: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not parse key values], [Original URI=https://updates.oracle.com/Orion/Services/metadata?table=aru_languages]}


All connections to Oracle sites fail:

              support.oracle.com
              login.oracle.com
              servicecentral.sun.com
              updates.oracle.com
              loginadc.oracle.com
              aru-akam.oracle.com
              ccr.oracle.com

Other web interactions to Oracle, such as establishing or re-establishing MOS credentials, will fail similarly.
