Symptoms

11.1.0.1 OMS.

Whenever user submits Refresh from My Oracle Support job, it fails and crashes the OMS with the following errors in the logs:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketAccept(Native Method)
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.accept(PlainSocketImpl.java:390)
at java.net.ServerSocket.implAccept(ServerSocket.java:453)
at java.net.ServerSocket.accept(ServerSocket.java:421)
at weblogic.socket.WeblogicServerSocket.accept(WeblogicServerSocket.java:38)
