Accessing Edit/Manage Access Named Credentials Leads To a Blank Screen (Doc ID 1982550.1)

Symptoms

EM 12c:

1. Occurs on all credential types
Login as super administrator, create and test named credential without problem, assign administrator access to credential without problem.
Clicked on Save, credential was saved.
But when later on, trying to Edit or Manage Access of the named credential, the console screen went totally blank.
Restarted Repository DB and OMS, didn't help at all.


2. This issue occurs to credential scope of both Target and Global
3. Recent changes to OMS/Repository DB: applied Oct 2014 PSU
4. There is no OEM incident or problem generated during the issue.
