Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c gives Failed Job Status Metric Alert for Disabled Jobs or Jobs that Failed in the Past

Goal
Starting with Database Plugin version 12.1.0.5 (which ships with Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.3), the following query is being used to identify "Broken Job Status" and "Failed Job Status" for job_status metric:
This metric will report the following as a "failed job"
- a disabled job
- a job that has ever failed in the past
Jobs which are succeeded after a fail in latest run are still reported as failed. The metric should raise an alert only when an enabled job last run has failed. This problem can occur in Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.3, 12.1.0.4 and 12.1.0.5.
