Symptoms
Problem Summary
---------------------------------------------------
EM12c job running pl/sql fails with "missing credentials" using preferred or named credentials
Scenario #1
Grid control
"...Have a 2 node cluster database > preferred credentials > add system and sysdba credentials for my DB, test, verify ok, apply. All good.
Check database in targets, all good and up.
Create an rman job, add cluster database, submit job, and get job hung in library with status "Credentials missing".
Edit the job, Test using override preferred credentials, add all, submit job, same issue, "Credentials missing".
this had been working... logfile just has the entries going in right up to the credentials missing..."

Scenario #2
"...create job to run a pl/sql procedure against a cluster database target using named or preferred credentials.
The job now fails with "missing credentials" and no other error.
After trying to remove and recreate the job the same error still happens.
Also different pl/sql or sql code has been tried in the job and that does not make a difference.
Similar jobs work against different targets. Looking in both agent logs and oms logs and see no errors..."
Changes
Job worked successfully for a while, but after an archiver hang due to archive area full event, the job now fails with "missing credentials" and no other error.
The archiver hang issue has been resolved.
