Symptoms
When attempting to run the Database Usage Tracking Collections using emctl, the following errors are returned:
emctl control agent runCollection <DB Target Name>:oracle_database lms_wk_ci
EMD runCollection error:
lms_wk_ci:lmsVSessionWeekly:Missing DB user name: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Missing DB user name
lmsVLicenseWeekly:Missing DB user name: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Missing DB user name
lmsVVersion:Missing DB user name: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Missing DB user name
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Agent_Home/agent_inst/bin
2. Run: emctl control agent runCollection <DB Target Name>:oracle_database lms_wk_ci
