Creating an Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control Information Publisher report with a custom query gives the following error:

"Error rendering element. Exception: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist ".

Example of such query:

SELECT * FROM MGMT_TARGETS;
