Datafile name must be specified when Creating New Tablespace using EM and OMF

Symptoms
Database is using Oracle Managed files (OMF)
When creating New tablespace and adding first datafile to EM You have to manually put the file name.
Steps:

1 - From the Tablespaces page in OEM click on the button "Create"
2 - Provide a name for the tablespace, leave everything else as defaults and click on the button "Add" to add a datafile
3 - The field beside datafile name is empty
4 - Leaving all values as defaults click on the "Continue" button the following error is Received "A datafile name must be specified"
5 - Add another datafile and there is <Default> in the file name filed and second data file is named using the OMF rules.
