            fails with following error

$/AGENT_INST/bin/emctl pingOMS

fails with following error

EMD pingOMS error: Failure connecting to https://myoms, , err Connection establishment timed out


/AGENT_INST/sysman/log/gcagent.log reports the following ping error

Connectivity from agent to OMS shows 100% ICMP ping packet loss
