Enterprise Manager (EM) 22.214.171.124 Cloud Control OMS and Agent with db plugin 126.96.36.199 to monitors database targets.
When attempting to upgrade a 188.8.131.52.0 db to 184.108.40.206.0, DBUA Fails to take a backup.

Could not generate the backup of the database.
DBUA failed to upgrade the database or some of its components. See /pmcd3o/oracle/cfgtoollogs/dbua/PMCDSSP/upgrade5 for more details.
Database upgrade has failed. Restoring the database from the backup taken prior to starting upgrade and reverting back the configuration changes.
Database has been successfully restored from the backup and configuration changes have been reverted back.
Generic diagnostic info was written to /tmp/emdiag/mpcagent/jobs/p_50958/General_Diagnostic_Info.txt
