Anytime the Browser JS library is configured, it sets a non-configurable "Library API key" that is then valid for that application.
This apiKey is then incorporated in the ruei_library.js that is then deployed on the web application.
However, situations can arise where the apiKey should be edited from the RUEI side. For example:
- The same application is monitored by two or more separate RUEI systems. In this case the apiKey should be identical on both RUEI systems
- A Suite or Application definition was removed and then re-created. In this case one does not want to go through a new release cycle of the web application just to update the apiKey.
