Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control monitors a 12.1.3 FMW installation.
"Patch Recommendation" still displays patches to be applied although the patches have already been applied.
<Patch 19637454> "WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 220.127.116.11.2" is one of the example but the issue also affects other patches.
Basically all recommendations related to 12.1.3 FMW patches do not clear even if patches are installed.
The agent does not collect information about the patch as applied. The "Oracle Home" target home page, section "Patches Applied" does not list the patch as applied.
