In some occasions when RUEI processing appears to be 'stuck', one can attempt a full restart of all processes and cleaning all temporary files.
Two example cases are:
- Browse Data and System > Status > Data processing don't show any new data anymore. The Event Log shows:

This process differs from the normal restart sequence by removing processing temporary and lock files.
