Symptoms
When a firewall exists between JVMD Manager and Agent, when the communication between JVMD manager and agent has a network issue, they may not be able to communicate.
When this occurs the sockets open by the agent keep growing, and those sockets are not closed by the agent.
This may continue untill the target server being monitored is shut down.
