Information Publisher Report for Oracle Database Space Usage (Group) Returns "No Data Is Currently Available" (Doc ID 2012933.1)

Goal

The Report for Oracle Database Space Usage (Group) was used to create a report based on a Single Database Target. 

Navigate to Enterprise > Reports > Information Publisher Reports
Target Type: Group and press Go
Select the Oracle Database Space Usage (Group) and Create Like
Select Use a specified target and select a database target and then Preview:
