When the Enterprise Manager Agent monitoring Siebel Server targets is started, the following error message is written in the log file [...]\gtwysrvr\log\NameSrvr.log
"[ODBC Oracle driver][Oracle]ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied"
Eventually after some time the Siebel SRBroker will fail and the entire Siebel System will stop.
