The Components in EM 11g Fusion Middleware Control Picking Up Wrong Hostname

Symptoms
When accessing Fusion Middleware Control 11.1.1.7 and checking the Fusion Middleware Components, some components appears with a wrong hostname with a totally different IP.
The following error occurs:
It can be reproduced by following the below steps :
1. Access to the Oracle Fusion Middleware Control : http://<HOSTNAME>:port/em
2. Check the Fusion Middleware components on the right frame in the fmwctl
3. Under Weblogic Domain, the components appears as Status Up, but in the AdminServer, the host is a wrong hostname.
