Logging Into FMWC 11.1.1.x is very slow (Doc ID 2037082.1)

Symptoms

FMWC 11.1.1.6.0+

On login to FMWC, the screen hangs on the message 'Login is successful, loading next page' and is very slow to load.

The thread dump shows:

 

Changes

 

1. Telnet to the ONS ports shows that is it not able to connect.
telnet hostname.domain ONS_Remote_Port

2. Or, Netcat to the ONS ports shows it is not able to connect
nc -v IP PORT

(netcat with IP and Port)
