EM12c: SLA Freezes / Stops Updating After Upgrade to EM Cloud Control 12.1.0.4 (Doc ID 2041683.1)

Symptoms

SLA reports, dashboard, and status stop updating after upgrading to EM Cloud Control 12.1.0.4 from a prior release of EM 12c.

SLA Dashboard shows data through the last SLA period before the upgrade

SLA Status shows charts through the current date, but SLA Period on the page remains on the period that was active on the date of upgrade.

IP Reports -> Service Level Agreement Dashboard shows Current Period as the period that was active during the upgrade and the report no longer shows the "Service Level Objectives" section when run after this period ends.

SLAs continue to report UP even if they should now be DOWN, or vice versa.

Changes

 EM Cloud Control was upgraded to 12.1.0.4 from a prior release of EM 12c.
