Logging Into FMW Control Very Slow

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After entering username/password into the FMWC page, http://<server>:port/em, it take a really, really long time to log into the system.
The $MW_HOME/user_projects/domains/<yourdomain>/sysman/log/emoms.trc shows the following error messages:
The xxxxxxx does not physically exist, the instance has been removed.
