Installation of OEM 22.214.171.124 is failing during OMS configuration with the error below
INFO: oracle.sysman.top.oms: Repository Creation Utility - Create: finished
INFO: oracle.sysman.top.oms: OMSCA-ERR: failure of the post-deployment. Check the trace file: /u01/app/oracle/oms_12c/oms/cfgtoollogs/omsca/omsca_20150724105002.log
Check the logs to WHO Configuration Wizard at the following location: / u01 / app / oracle / oms_12c / WHO / cfgtoollogs / omsca
