MGMT$HA_BACKUP View is not Updated with Backup Information (Doc ID 2043497.1)

Goal

Querying MGMT$HA_BACKUP for backup reports is not listing all backups. However, when navigating  Targets -> Databases -> Availability -> Backup & Recovery -> Backup Reports, all backups are listed.
