EM 12c: Storage (Tablespace Size) Not Computed Correctly in Enterprise Manager 220.127.116.11 Cloud Control Chargeback Plug-in

Storage (Total Size of the Data Files) is over 5,300 MB (5.3 TB), but the Chargeback Report is showing only 19.25MB usage per Day.
Navigate: Enterprise > Cloud > Self Service Portal > Manage [drop down menu] > [select database] > Chargeback > Entities > Metered Data (Chart)/Metered Data (Table)
Log in to the database as sys (sysdba) and issue these commands to see the actual:
select sum(bytes)/1024/1024 from dba_data_files where tablespace_name not in ('SYSTEM','SYSAUX','UNDOTBS1','UNDOTBS2','UNDOTBS3','UNDOTBS4');
