Access 12c Cloud Control(Any version)
Simulate a blocking session as given below.
Use case:
Connect to a RAC database instance with SQLPLUS as the dbsnmp user.
In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control console, navigate to the home page of cluster database.
From there select Performance > Blocking session.
- This page does not report that the session 2 is blocked by the session1.
- Navigating at the instance level does show the locks.
Drilling down to each instance of a cluster to check sessions locks is not user-friendly and takes time.
