Login to OEM with External Users or Creating External users Fail if Groups in LDAP Servers are Nested. (Doc ID 2045090.1)

Symptoms

OEM 12c is authenticated with External LDAP provider like Active Directory.
External Users are listed in OEM related Admin Server Console Users list.
Trying to add External User as EM Administrator fails with 'Internal Error'. Also Login to OEM with the External User fails for users already created.

Debug logging enabled as per OTN Troubleshooting Guide using the property below

<OMS HOME>/bin>emctl set property -name "log4j.category.oracle.sysman.core.security.auth" -value "DEBUG, emtrcAppender"

Error below is logged in <GCDOMAIN HOME>/servers/EMGC_OMS1/logs/EMGC_OMS1.log
