Enterprise Manager 12c - Email Notifications Sent for Alert Log ADR Errors Which Occurred Whilst Database in Blackout (Doc ID 2045938.1)

After a database target has been blacked out, and the blackout is ended, email notifications are received for alerts which occurred during the blackout period. This is unexpected/incorrect behaviour as it is not desired to receive notification for alerts that occurred during the blackout period. This behaviour is seen for 'ADR' Incident metrics such as:

The Internal Event Name in the email will show something like:


and the Metric Group will be "Incident"
