Symptoms

The Enterprise Manager 11.2 Database Control web site cannot be accessed

The <ORACLE_HOME>/<hostname_sid>/sysman/log/emagent.trc file shows the following:

2015-08-07 16:20:30,317 Thread-1820 ERROR pingManager: nmepm_pingReposURL: Did not receive a response header from repository
2015-08-07 16:21:01,536 Thread-1824 ERROR pingManager: nmepm_pingReposURL: Did not receive a response header from repository
