Accessing the EM-Integrated Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher reports, shows that there are no longer any data sources listed.
You can verify this issue by logging into EM 12c as a Super Administrator and navigating to:
Enterprise > Reports > BI Publisher Enterprise Reports [click the BI Publisher link to open the BI Publisher Enterprise Console log in window].
After logging in as the SYSMAN user or equivalent, select the Administration link in the upper right > JNDI Connection.
