After upgrading to OATS 18.104.22.168 login attempts on Oracle Test Manager (OTM) fails with the following errors:
Failed to update user information, please try again
Checking the OATS Administrator shows that the user account exists. In the Edit User dialog box, change and confirm the password (or by double clicking on the user record).
The system creates a duplicate user which can be seen in OATS Administrator.
Attempts to Login to OTM again with the same user fails with an LDAP error:
Exception from LDAP Server - please check the server
Try to delete the duplicate account by selecting, in OATS Administrator, the account and the Delete button. Then run Tools > Purge Deleted Records and the following error occurs:
This issue does not occur for every user.
